CLASSES

  • We will be working the upper and lower body on D1 training days in addition to developing aerobic capacity. D1 training days typically include light conditioning/cardio. Specifically, we will focus on the posterior chain for the lower body and the anterior chain for the upper body. The targeted muscles on D1 training days will include: glutes, hamstrings, chest, triceps and shoulders. Common exercises on D1 training days: hip thrusts, reverse lunges, dead lifts, overhead press, chest press, push ups, tricep extensions.

  • We will be working the upper and lower body on D2 training days in addition to developing aerobic capacity. D2 training days typically include light conditioning/cardio. Specifically, we will focus on the anterior chain for the lower body and the posterior chain for the upper body. The targeted muscles on D2 training days will include: quads, back, biceps and rear delts. Common exercises on D2 training days will include: pull ups, rows, raises, squats, step ups, forward/lateral lunges.

  • On WEDNESDAYS ONLY we will be focusing exclusively on glute development. We may perform some conditioning/cardio on these days, but focus of the class will be strength training for glutes. This class is tough!

  • This class is guaranteed to leave you sweaty and challenged. This is a high intensity conditioning/cardio class. We will not strength train on full body conditioning days. This class is offered on Saturdays only!
